• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any authentication, encryption, or access control measures

2.2 Service Abuse

• Placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfering with the proper operation of the Service
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, bans, or restrictions

• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code through or in connection with the Service
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or entity

2.5 Spam and Fraud

• Sending unsolicited communications or promotional material through the Service
• Using the Service for any fraudulent purpose, including payment fraud or identity theft
• Providing false or misleading information in connection with your account or use of the Service

3. Browser Extension Guidelines

The LingoLens browser extension is designed to enhance your language-learning experience on YouTube. When using the extension, you agree to the following additional guidelines:

• Do not modify, tamper with, or redistribute the extension code
• Do not use the extension to extract, download, or redistribute YouTube content (videos, audio, or subtitles) in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service
• Do not use the extension to inject unauthorized content, ads, or scripts into YouTube or any other website
• Do not attempt to use the extension's translation features for bulk or commercial translation purposes

4. API and Integration Use

If you access LingoLens through our APIs or integrations, you agree to:

• Comply with any applicable rate limits and usage guidelines
• Not use API access to compete with or replicate the core Service
• Not share API keys or access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Promptly report any security vulnerabilities you discover

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, we encourage you to report it to us. You can report abuse, security vulnerabilities, or policy violations by contacting us at the address below. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

6. Enforcement
